Oral Presentations
All oral presentations are given in the main conference room (Auditory 202) located in the Petits Amphis building, on the main ULg Campus.
The authors of an oral presentation are kindly asked to upload their presentation into the computer located in the main conference room before the session starts, typically early in the day of their presentation or during a coffee/lunch break. Accepted formats are OpenOffice, Acrobat and PowerPoint. There is a beamer in the conference room.
Poster Presentations
Posters can be set up on the first day of the Colloquium and taken down on the last day. Posters should be oriented in Portrait and have dimensions of maximum 130 cm high by 95 cm wide. All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the board will be provided at the registration desk. You will be given a number to identify your poster, which should be displayed in the corresponding board. If no numbers are given please use any board to display your poster.Authors of poster papers are invited to prepare a short summary (5 minutes, maximum 4 slides) of their poster presentation in case a gap should occur in the oral presentation schedule. Those interested in providing this short presentation, please inform us by e-mail (oceanphys@ulg.ac.be) so that we can make the necessary arrangements. There will be a 2-hour poster session in which the poster authors should be present at their posters for presentation of their work. Please consult the final agenda.
