Access to Liège

By plane via Brussels Airport:
Do not look for a taxi or a bus, go downstairs to the Railway Station. Take the shuttle train to Bruxelles Nord / Brussel Noord and change there for a IC train to Liège Guillemins. The simplest way is to buy at the Airport Station a ticket for Liège (it will cover both the shuttle and the Bruxelles-Liège route). Ask the railway agent the time your train is leaving for Liège Guillemins at Bruxelles Nord and the platform it leaves from.

From your hotel to the University of Liège

Bus:

You can take the bus 48 or 58 direct from "place de l'Opéra" in the city center to Sart Tilman Campus and stop at "Institut de Chimie"

Special bus service :

A special bus for the colloquium will collect the participants every morning at their hotels (if you miss it take bus 48 to Sart Tilman Campus or bus 58 direct from "place de l'Opera" in the city center to "Institut de Chimie" stop).

Participants are invited to return at their own leisure by bus 48 (downtown direction with a stop at the Guillemins) or bus 58 direct to downtown "place de l'Opéra".

Exceptionally, the special bus will pick up the participants at their hotels on Wednesday evening for the Official Dinner at the Chateau de Colonster and will take back the participants from the Château after the dinner (departure from the Château at 23 h 30).

The meeting will be held at the University of Liège, Sart Tilman Campus, Bâtiment des Nouveaux Amhithéatres, B7, Auditorium 202.
The Campus is served by buses # 25, 48 and 58.
